Hi, If you want to go for Voice over as your career then
1)you should be perfect at-least in two languages
2)Should have proper intonation, diction, pronunciation
3)You should be able to modulate your voice according to the emotions depicted and should have an understanding of LIP Sync.
If you think you have these qualities then you can start with any NEWS channels/ animation movie producers who are in constant search for Dubbing artists.
The notifications at-times will be displayed on on line tv forums. you may register in one and try your luck.

FMS will have its own exam, it doesn't consider CAT score. To appear for the exam, u can register on their website and pay online also.

As you have mentioned that you are keen to write your HSC through private mode, you can definitely look for the same from the ones like NIOS or other private schools/ pre university programs from Open Universities.
For this you will require to first register with the particular institute and based on which you can apply for the exams depending on your preparation and curriculum covered.
