Dear Abhimanyu basically AICTE approval is required for technical courses. Other than this if a university is having UGC approval than it can run technical courses too without AICTE approval as UGC is above AICTE. So, for go the one that is UGC approved.
There are many private universities around like SRM, SMU, LPU etc that are well renowned private universities with UGC approval. They offer admissions both on the basis of tests as well as direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam.
