Hi Arun,
If your hardcore interest lies in Film Making, I would suggest you to go for Bachelors Degree in Media & Mass Communication and later on pursue a specialized degree in post graduation.
Since Film Making deals with an array of specializations like Cinematography, Sriptwriting,Screenplay, Production, Sound Recording, Direction etc, you need to analyse your expertise first.
Its not a very expensive course. You can also look up for some diploma course program.
Courses in Film Making/ Editing
B.Sc - Multimedia
Diploma in Camera & Lighting
Diploma in Film & TV Direction
Diploma in Film & TV Production

Your JEE-mains marks are reasonably good and I believe you will get admission in AIT, Pune which gives admission to only defense personal's wards. Calculation for this conclusion is simple. 115 marks are the cut off for JEE-advanced for 1.5 lac students who will vie for IITs, NITs and government colleges. Students who scored between 100-115 will go top private engineering colleges, hence, students with 90-99 have good chances to get admission in their chosen institutes as is AIT.

Dear Sumedh, it is doubtful if you will get a good college on the basis of this JEE score. But if you will try in some reputed private univesity like LPU, Apeejay, SRM etc then you can hope of admission on the basis of your marks in 12th provided you fulfil their eligibility criteria.
Check the websites of these universities to for eligibility, course and fee details.

Rupa all the branches are equally good but what is more important is your interest. First you decide that which branch you are interested in .
With these marks you can get a good private college or you can yourself try in reputed universities like LPU, AU, SRM etc where they offer admission on the basis of your marks in JEE as well as marks in class 12.
Good luck.
