Sure you can pursue MBA in HR after BJMC:
In order to pursue MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.

There are plenty of institutions offering MCA course in Mumbai.
If we talk about priorities, an institution can be on top priority because of it's placement cell, location, faculty, campus environment, infrastructure and reviewers.

I do not exactly what was the cut-off this year but historically, it always falls between 97.5-99 percentile. So any score above than 98 percentile is a safe bet to get a interview call.
