You will have to prepare from now as most of the universities abroad have a cut off percentage for its admission, which is minimum 60% and in some cases 70 % in your 12th boards.You have to decide, if you want to apply as a self financed student or under a scholarship programme. Seats has been increased from last year itself, and I think its not about being fresher or experienced person, its about your aspirations, if you think you have an opportunity to get good experience then go for it, and you think it would be good for your career to join MBA HR then chose it. So weigh your options and take a call. About effect on placements with increased seats, it is all contingent on market conditions, nothing concrete can be said about placements right now since our would be the first batch with increased batch size to get placed.
