There is no question that aerospace engineering is good, and also packages of this branch is unbeatable, but there seats are limited as well as jobs are limited there, but the mechanical branch is the evergreen branch.

Rashmi Kant, Pune might prove to be better because apart from academics your daughter would be able to learn several other skills in a better manner in a city like Pune. She would also be able to get better job opportunities thereafter. Alternatively she can do BBA form the Patna college but my suggestion would be that in that case she should do MBA from Pune or from any other college outside your state.

Ankita perhaps you require more time for finding your own interests. From your question it is not quite clear as to at which stage of education you are in at present. Keeping that apart, I suggest you write down your hobbies and the work you enjoy doing most especially the methods by which you do them. Then try to relate your hobbies with the academic subjects nearest to them. For example if you possess a hobby of writing then you may relate it to Languages and you can aim at humanities subject and then target Admin job in Govt sector or in the education line. Diploma chemical candidates mostly work as shift operators/ shift supervisors in large chemical organizations. Moslty they get the shopfloot job. The scope has limitations. Better go for the degree course right away.
