Theres no chance of getting a good government college through the all India 15% quota.
Depending on your state, you can manage to get into the lowest ranked government colleges if possible.
You will get most of the private colleges if you can afford to.
Target at least 500 to secure admission into a decent government medical college without any problem.

IITs offer multiple short term courses and advertise their eligibilty criteria. Courses are open for all those candidates who meet eligiblity criteria defined by IITs. They need not be IIT students.

Ideally, you must have a first class and must take your IELTS or TOEFL. An overall IELTS score of 6 with no section less than 5.5 is required and if TOEFL then a score of 80 to 100 depending on the university.
You must also mention on your SOP why you want to pursue early childhood education after coming from a commerce background. Have your intentions clear and explain the same to the university.

Hi, The government college for marine engineering is IMU that is Indian Maritime University. This is best for marine engineering but I'll suggest you to go to any private college like Tolani or Anglo Eastern these have their own ships and placement is also good. With good package.
