Hello Edwin, At first glance your case appears to be having very less chances of success. But then universities abroad don't go by only the scoring in qualifying exam. There are many more criteria and nuances. Hence I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for PG Diploma courses since they will be able to take care and get you admission. Best wishes to you.
