The syllabus differs from one college/university to another. For a generalized view, the syllabus of textile designing consists of :
-Categories of Textile Design Structures
-Colour Scheme & its use in Textile Design
-Different types of Motifs - Oriental, Folk, Geometric, Floral etc.
-Tie & Dye - Knotting, Stitching & Combing
-Batik - Specific & Cracks
-Block Print with pigments of gold & silver colours
-Hand Painting
-Stencil Prints
-Theories behind printing of textile including Screen Print.
-Basics of Hand Embroidery,
-Project work: on Sarees, Dupattas etc.
You may contact the college/university for specific syllabus details.

Hi,
The major eligibility conditions to pursue B.ED are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as
school teaching subjects
The criteria varies for all colleges/universities. You can decide for subjects as per your skills, interest and aptitude.

1.MAHAMAYA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY conducts an entrance examination for 85% seats.The candidates are allotted branches on the basis of their merit through counselling conducted by MAHAMAYA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.
2.For 15% seats candidates can apply for direct admission to the RKGIT. Admission will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam and /or respective entrance exam as per the policies of the University .
