Hi,
In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to be graduate and have atleat 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA through distance education.
All the Best.

first i should clarify both the things , doing diploma will help u gain more practical knowledge and u can become eligible for job immediately after diploma , but studying science will help u strength ur maths as at engineering level it is very important to have good maths solving ability as most diploma students suffer maths difficult when they enter at engineering level after diploma . Since , u r having decent score in ssc i would suggest u to go for science stream , do 10+2 and appear for various entrance exams which would help u to get into topmost institutes like IIT's or NIT's which is dead option when u go for diploma .

As you are a BCom student you must be studying finance and accounts. Currently there is a huge demand for skilled financial manpower in banks , insurance companies and financial institutions. In such a scenario one should study global financial certifications like CFA ( CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYST ) , FRM ( FINANCIAL RISK MANAGER ) , PRM ( PROFESSIONAL RISK MANAGER ). But, in India very few commerce graduates are aware of this. For detail info, you can visit this web link : edupristine.com/courses/
