Yes, you can take admission. First download the application form from RIMS website, print, fill and send it to the institute. After receiving the application form, you will be invited for the admission process. If you get selected in that you can pay and book your seat.
Fees of the institute is between 4.25 lakhs and 5.25 lakhs for two years depending on the program that you choose.

you should choose ur subjects based on your interest because allof them are good for IAS. indepth knowledge of any subject can fetch good marks.you can choose subjects outside your grad or PG but if tyey are common than it is better.
