check the eligibility criteria and cut off in different colleges and see to it that which one will give you admission. Otherwise, there are many private universities where admissions are still going on and they give admission either on basis of marks in 12th or their own tests.

Lokunde, if you are interested in technical field than go for M.Tech, but if you have interest in management than surely MBA is best. As we go up the ladder of career there are more of managerial posts that demand managerial skills, so MBA would be better option. Even they are paid better.
Rest is your choice.
Now the institution plays an important role in your degree. There are many good universities that offer world class environment to students along with modern facilities. Most of them have good placements and some even offer scholarships.
