Yes there are various government education loan policies as well as banks also do have loan schemes for the same, and since IIFT is a very reputed college banks do provide loan for studying there.
If you have done your 10th and 12th then you can apply for delhi govt education scheme and for more information you can talk to bank officials or if you have done schooling from outside delhi even then you can apply for other loan schemes.
