Hi,
There is a lot of scope for agricultural engineering in India, unfortunately, it is not a popular stream as it involves a lot of hard work and almost everyone nowadays wants maximum earning with least bit of effort - physical or mental.
It has a vast scope for innovation and satisfaction of being empowered to improve lives of the agrarian majority of India's populace.

It's okay if you are not selected in IIMC, there are still many opportunities for you to grab. For mass communication course you may go to IIMT College, AAFT, Sharda University, Galgotia University, Jamia milia islamia, Delhi University, IMS, etc.
These are good. All the best.

Hello Ankita!
To be honest, you cannot get admission into any good college with that score (for their MMS program) as the cut-offs for the top 10-12 colleges is above 90 percentile. I don't know in which college you'll get admitted with 61%, but it won't surely be a good one. Better you reappear for CET(or any other exam this year) and score high, rather than wasting both your precious time and money by taking admission into a below-average college. Good luck!

Currently, I am doing my B.Tech in CS from PSIT. I would suggest you to go for it. Besides study, you will get to know about many more activities there for your personal improvement. They will train you for aptitude tests and interviews from your 3rd year. They will give you English Training from the very first year and many big companies come there every year for placement. In PSIT, you will get many opportunities to get a job. I hope this will help you to make a decision.

Of course there is some difference.
In general terms, ISE deals with only software while CSE deals with both software and hardware.
Placement wise both these branches have similar placements, barring a few companies who allow CSE students and not ISE students.
Well, if you're planning to do further studies then, CSE is a wiser choice as currently in my knowledge you can't do higher studies in ISE, you've to do your M.Tech, MS in CSE only. So in that view, CSE is a better option.
ISE is better only, for one thing, it has lower cut-offs.
I hope this helps!
