Here, GAS means Government Affiliated Seats and SFS means self-financed seat in Government College for B.Tech in Rajasthan. All the engineering college in Rajasthan have reserved seats for GAS, SFS and TFWS. Difference between these are of tuition fees. Total fee for GAS seat is INR 40000 per year and INR 70000 for SFS seat and INR 15000 for TFWS seat.

I hope you are doing good.
At first, you have to ask urself what you want to do further after taking science. You must have some particular vision, for example, if you can see yourself as a mechanical or computer science engineer or imagine urself as architect or as a teacher than it's great but if you have not thought it then start to think like this

Here, I feel loke you want to be a teacher in school. So B.Ed and D.L.Ed courses are for Higher secondary level school and primary level school. Hence, D.EL.ED can be done just after 12+ and yeas you can do it anytime even after your M.SC/NET/SLET/Ph.D anytime. The minimum qualification is 12+ and the marks and fee depends upon the institution. Thereafter for B.Ed, you have to pass 12+3 level/B.Sc.

A Mechanical engineer in India ends up by getting an average placement of INR 2-3 LPA.
