Getting any government University is a bit difficult with low scores. However, if you are someone from Maharashtra then you might be considered. But, in my opinion 85% is not something that PUMBA expects. Try with some other entrance score.

No, there will be no such possibility that MHSET exam dates will clashes with the UGC NET exam date. NTA conducts the UGC NET on the national level where as MHSET is conducted on the state level which is conducted on small level compared to the UGC NET. UGC NET is conducted twice in a year generally, in the month of June and December. UGC NET June 2019 is going to be conducted from 20th June to 28th June expect Saturday and Sunday.

UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) was started in 1990. Since 1990, the NET Exam is conducted twice a year. Mostly, it is organized in July and December. Till July 2018 the NET Exam was conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) but in Dec 2018 the exam was organized by NTA (National Testing Agency) for the first time. NTA has made some changes in UGC NET exam to improve the exam quality. If you are interested to appear in upcoming UGC NET Exam, be updated with the latest changes that NTA has made for the exam.
