For which course exactly, please be more specific.

All the UG courses are best in their respective fields. Your choice should depend on your eligibility and interests. If I suggest computer science and you are a biology student then it would not help. So choose the course based on your interest and qualification.

First of all congratulations for your rank. Yes, you can get it. Chances of CSE stream is more rather than ECE.
