After completing B.Sc in MLT, you can apply for M.Sc in MLT or M.Sc in Clinical Research etc. You can also apply for MBA in Pharmaceutical Management.
You can apply for various government exams like UPSC or State government exams like M.Sc SSC etc.

Yes, you can get admission to study B.Arch course through management quota without appearing in entrance examinations. However, fees of management quota is very high.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in admission only in IIT. Well, you have scored quite well in 12th and in JEE Mains also but a little bit lower in advanced. Do not worry. Go ahead by taking a break of one year. Concentrate fully on preparation and aim for CSE in IIT Mumbai, meaning aim for ranking in top 50 in JEE Advanced. Best wishes to you.
