Yes, there is a chance of getting admission in KSSBM at 81% because mostly The merit stops around 80% , probably you should try in all three round so mostly in third round you may get admission.

SEE you can do MCA if There is one paper of maths/statistics in any semester/year of your Undergraduate degree for getting in into MCA course in NIT's By cracking Entrance exam Named NIMCET. To plan things, you may check the percentage of syllabus of all subject in IIT JAM Biotechnology are as follows:
Biology (44% weightage), Chemistry (20% weightage), Mathematics (18% weightage) and
