Mode - 2- (Based on 10+2 marks in PCM) for 30% of seats : 30% of the total BE/B.Tech seats shall be filled on the basis of merit of marks secured in 10+2 or equivalent examination in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject. Eligibility criteria : The candidate has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 75% marks (70% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject and also has appeared in JEE (Main)-2020. So you can apply in TIET through the above mentioned two modes as per your eligibility. Further if you wants to go through there Mode-1, than keeping the last year of trends in consideration, you have to score above 75 percentile in JEE Main for asked engineering branch.
