From what I have got to know, every student at GEMS B School gets placed in their field of specialisation. The moment a student joins GEMS B School, immediately the placement process begins. I suggest candidates go for something which is useful and can be optimized being at their place only. The very first thing be clear that you must refer quality IIT JAM Biotechnology Books
Have a good command over basic Science (11th and 12th), I hope if you are aspiring for IIT JAM you must be having that, if not please work on it. Work on graduation Biology, Read it thoroughly. Topics like biochemistry, immunology, genetics, etc. Needs to cover. The major focus should be 11th-12th detailed biology
Mathematics is important here, not important but I should say the most important subject. Work well on this as it is the rank deciding
