There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. If you are keen to pursue a career in the technical and development field you may then opt for the MCA course but if you are inclined towards a theoretical field and are keen to pursue a career related to the same then you should opt for the M.Sc course.
Hence it really depends on the course that you are interested also your career aspirations.

hi sanchita.if you are not from English medium ( like HINDI medium student etc ) then you can focus on learning english or if want going to compute science engineering then " C language" coaching is very good or you can recall your PCM subject of 12th because you will get these subjects in 1st year .

However its very difficult to find this combination MBA in Mass media communication although you can go for MA in Mass Comm , MA in Media communications , MA in Mass media communication , MA in Media Economics.Universities like:- University of East Anglia, University of Leeds, University of Leicester, London Metropolitan University, London College Uck.
