If you are keen to pursue a career in the technical and development field you may then opt for the MCA course but if you are inclined towards a theoretical field and are keen to pursue a career related to the same then you should opt for the M.Sc course.
Hence it really depends on the course that you are interested also your career aspirations.

You can surely pursue / apply for the regular MA degree from JNU and BHU provided the distance BCA education you are currently in, is well recognized by some university.

The marks you have got doesn't seem to have a good All India rank to get admission to better streams yet you can try through state quota.
