Normally 50-55% in the diploma from a certified college is sufficient for most of the engineering colleges but you do need to give entrance exams to be eligible for some best ranked colleges.
Alos in the mean time i would recommend you to go for some computer language courses like those in Java/.NET or some networking/database certifications like CCNA/MCSE to get an edge ahead of the other college mates of yours.

As you have already passed your first step towards the higher education i.e. qualifying entrance exams now as for choosing among the courses mentioned by you is concerned, this would entirely depend on your interest and also in which field you plan to pursue a career; according to these may choose a course and go ahead with it. And as all the four fields (mentioned by you) are entirely different from one another and offer careers in different dimensions there seems no aspect under which one can compare and then choose the course except your interest intend.
