There are several courses available but then it is least advise to look for diploma courses after your 10th, instead it is advised to complete your 12th and then opt for higher education as well, this will prove to be more beneficial.

It is possible by opting for either of the courses through correspondence and the other through the regular mode.

It is very difficult to provide you any information pertaining to the fee structure, yet I would like to mention getting a MBBS seat at the fee structure of as low as mentioned is mainly possible at merit list/ govt college; this will depend on the entrance scores that you have achieved. Germany as such is well known for courses in Engineering. Be it any subject. The most well known are MEchanical and Automobile Engineering. It costs about Euro 500 per semester to study at a univ on Germany. And you will also incur about Euro 740 per month as living expense.
