There are several courses available but then it is least advise to look for diploma courses after your 10th, instead it is advised to complete your 12th and then opt for higher education as well, this will prove to be more beneficial.

Hi Andy, studies are done to enhance one's knowledge. IT is not advisable at all to just study something if it is not of any interest to the student.
Germany as such is well known for courses in Engineering. Be it any subject. The most well known are MEchanical and Automobile Engineering. It costs about Euro 500 per semester to study at a univ on Germany. And you will also incur about Euro 740 per month as living expense.
