MIT is one of the most competitive universities in the US. Though the university awards fellowships / traineeships that cover partial to full fees, these can be highly competitive.

So, whether you will get or not depends on your overall profile - Academic standing from the merit base point of view; your need for financial support, your GRE and English language scores etc.
