All private training institutes are autonomus. Universities providing degree programs are usually approved by University Grant Commission. check list of ugc approved universities on www.ugc.ac.in
While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.
