CA and CS are statutory designations which companies have to fulfill. They make a person statutorily capable to understand and handle the requirements of their job. Both the certifications create experts. However, MBA is not a statutory requirement of a company. They are employed as they are specialized professionals of business. It is believed that an MBA from sales will be able to manage sales better, HR specialisation will handle the HR part better.so on and so forth. It completely depends upon your interest as to in which field you want to pursue your career. Wish you luck and God bless you.

Hi Abhishek, since you have good training on SAP so I suggest you to go with it. In the present scenario there are good opportunities for the people who had good knowledge on SAP. You can apply for MNCs and you may have a chance to get a minimum package more than 5 lpa as a fresher. Based upon your performance it may go more than 5lpa. All the best!

If you want to earn money slowly and without having any physical stress then opt HR else go with Marketing but you can earn more in Marketing and you need to put more effort in it.You will face both physical and mental stress in marketing because one has to come and interact with you by liking the way you do the marketing and has to join you. I can say both HR and Marketing are the two separate domains which are having their own priorities and own style of dealing. This will be a debatable topic in general but if you want to know more about it then just read the books written on marketing and HR domains.

Hi Shivam, you have a best question to answer but actually speaking it is a debatable topic. There are so many pros and cons with both the choices. But if anyone ask me which one is best then I suggest to select private college. If you really like to start conversation on it please feel free to ask. I try to give my opinion on it but I will reply. Go with the choice that you like the most is my suggestion too. Have a good time.
