As you have completed your graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and then opt for pursuing further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA, and finally if you want that your studies should be a blend of engineering and management subjects than you can pursue Masters in engineering management.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities, as all the good universities abroad requires at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.

the basic requirements for Master of Nursing in Canada
i.A baccalaureate degree in nursing from an approved or accredited university is required. A minimum average of 75% or a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) in the last twenty courses of a baccalaureate nursing program is required.
ii.Prior completion of a Research Methods course, an Introductory Statistics course, and a course in Nursing Theory, or equivalent, with a minimum grade of 70% in each course is required.
iii.Normally have an equivalent of a minimum of two years of nursing practice within the last five years for the Thesis Stream. Individuals applying for the Nurse Practitioner Stream, must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in clinical nursing practice.
iv.Proof of active practicing nurse registration in Canada is necessary. Applicants from other countries may apply, provided they have active practicing registered nurse status in their home country.
Also you can apply for Msc in Nursing for one year in UK universities.
