In order to pursue MBA form USA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

There are universities which provide dual degrees from same stream as well as multiple specialisations, but I am unaware of any university that provide you specialisations from totally different streams at the same time, just like you mentioned. Still you can top yourself up with part time and refresher courses.

Hi Jesswin,
In order to pursue MBA or MA form abroad you need to get student VISA.
The VISA will be granted to you, once you received admission confirmation from the universities.
Once your seat is being confirmed after partial payment of tuition fee, the US universities issues i20, and the UK universities issues CAS, so unless and until you receive i20 or CAS, you won't get a VISA.
If you wish to work after competition of your studies, than you need to obtain work permit or work VISA, In order to get the work permit, you need to have the employment offer and letter of sponsorship, from the employer until and unless you have these documen
