Hello Nikita,
The average salary packages of NIT-Trichy for an engineering graduate ranges from 6-8 Lacs.
In Tamil Nadu, there are basically 2 NITs namely Trichy and Puducherry.
Since puducherry comes under union territory, I have said about NIT Trichy.

Probability of qualifying in JEE Advanced doesn't depend on your 10th grades in any way. So stop making such calculations and instead work hard to get enough marks in intermediate, minimum 75% is needed in intermediate in order to go for JEE. After that you need to prepare well and give your JEE Mains exam, after you qualify that you should prepare well for JEE Advanced exam, after qualifying that you're good to go. I would recommend you to pursue MCA through correspondence and start working or even start as an intern after BCA because if you start working after BCA, 3 years work ex as compared to MCA will be more beneficial.
