Have just answered a similar question raised by you. Adding more, I may suggest you with the following options:-
Speak without Fear- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
Surround Yourself with English- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the music and even news to hear different accents.
Only by studying things like grammar and vocabulary and doing exercises, you can really improve your knowledge of any language.
Do Exercises and Take Tests in order to know how much you are progressing.
Record Yourself- It is good to compare your tapes from time to time.
Make a time plan and follow it strictly without any failure. Don't take it as a stress rather find enjoyment and fun while learning the language.

Since you are a Btech ECE graduate you can do this course .
But I don't think it will give you more benefit, I think you should do some course which will support your degree and help you in getting expertise in your field. Some ECE students always complain why to get placed in software companies and do software related job after getting a ECE degree. .?
In my opinion You should go for
1.networking
2.circuit designing
3.Embeded System
4.Fiber optic technology etc
However choosing a particular course depends on your interest.
I will also advise you to so do some more research and study the syllabus of the course before getting admission in any institute so that you don't face any problem regarding the course selection in future.

After obtaining a diploma or degree in pharmacy :
- You can apply in good pharma companies as a Medical Representative. You can apply for pharmacist post in hospitals.
-You may start work in government department.
-You may even do research and development work.
-You may work in teaching field.
-After registering with the state Pharmacy Council you may set up your own pharmacy or chemists and druggists shop to stock and sell medicines and dispense them according to doctor's prescription.

-Hospital Pharmacists : Rs.3,000 - 5,000 per month

If you mean Faculty of Management Studies, university of Delhi, then as per its official website in order to pursue Master of Business Administration (Full Time), you must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelor's Degree Programme after 12 years of formal schooling in any of the following disciplines.
The minimum requisite percentage of marks in different disciplines is as follows :
- Arts, Commerce or Social Sciences - 50%.
- Sciences - 55%.
- Mathematics or Statistics - 60%.
- Medicine, Engineering or Technology - 60% / CGPA of at least 6.00 in a scale of 10.00,OR Post Graduate Degree or 2nd Degree examination after 10+2+3 scheme, securing at least 60% marks.
