Since you are a Btech ECE graduate you can do this course .
But I don't think it will give you more benefit, I think you should do some course which will support your degree and help you in getting expertise in your field. Some ECE students always complain why to get placed in software companies and do software related job after getting a ECE degree. .?
In my opinion You should go for
1.networking
2.circuit designing
3.Embeded System
4.Fiber optic technology etc
However choosing a particular course depends on your interest.
