Hello. In the absence of information like your all-India rank and category, it is difficult to accurately predict probabilities. However, based on the previous year cutoff, it could be said that it is not possible to get admission for MBBS into any recognised government medical college, including GMERS, with a score less than 520 in NEET UG unless you have a category-based exemption. Cutoff varies with your category,for unreserved it is approximately above 135 for MA and for SCs and STs it is less.
