The list of documents required at time of application is given below:

1. Marksheets and passing certificates of Class 10 & 12
2. Bachelor's degree certificate and marksheet

Also students are advised to carry following documents at time of reporting at university campus:

5. Proof of residence
6. Aadhaar Card of student and his/her parents
7. A self-attested anti-ragging affidavit signed by both student and his/her parents

To request a form fee refund at Amity University Kolkata or any other branch of Amity University, you should follow their specific refund policy and procedures. 

The following is Amity University's application fee refund policy:

For any reason, the Form fee will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made, however, under the following conditions:

Multiple payments are made for the same application number.
A candidate paid the application fee online but did not receive it due to a connection failure, and the university is unable to provide a softcopy of the application form.

Note: For online payments, candidates should keep the transaction number for future reference, and any request for a refund, for whatever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the University.

To apply for admission at Amity University Kolkata, submit a duly-filled application form by visiting the university's official website. Application has to be submitted along with all the supporting documents and the fee applicable on the application form. However, you need to meet the basic eligibility set by the university for the course you are interested in for admission. The steps to apply are as follows:

1. Visit the official website of Amity University Kolkata (amity.edu) and click on the 'Apply Now 2024' tab on the Homepage.
2. Enter the required information under 'Apply Fresh' of the 'Basic Details' tab, and click on the 'Save & Next' button.
3. Fill in details in the application, such as the preferred course and campus. 
4. Pay the application fee online via debit/ credit card or net banking.
5. Enter all the relevant personal & educational details, extracurricular and other information. 
6. Upload the required documents, such as mark sheets and ID proofs.
7. Submit the application form online.

The University of Indianapolis provides financial aid to international students in the form of academic and athletic scholarships and grants. Based on the information submitted, departmental interest awards are added to merit scholarships. The different types of scholarships include merit scholarships, departmental scholarships, legacy scholarships, and transfer student scholarships. 

The scholarships offered to the undergraduate international students are described below: 

Merit Scholarships:

1.     Richard G. Lugar Academic Recognition Award: A scholarship of USD 17,000 to USD 20,000 per year is offered to international students based on their high school GPAs and academic skills. Students are required to have a GPA of 2.5 to 2.7 to renew the scholarship every year. 

2.     Horizon Grant: A scholarship of USD 13,500 to USD 15,000 per year is offered to the students based on their high school GPAs and academic skills. Students are required to have a GPA of 2.0 and full-time attendance for scholarship renewal every year.

Leadership Scholarships:

1.     Legacy Award: A scholarship of USD 1,500 annually is offered to freshmen undergraduate students whose parent or grandparent is an alumnus or holds a degree from the university. Students are required to have a 2.0 GPA and full-time attendance to renew the scholarship every year. 

Transfer Student Scholarships:

1.     Transfer Academic Award: A scholarship of USD 5,000 to USD 15,000 is offered to the students based on transferable university-level credit hours and GPA. A GPA of 2.0 to 2.7 and full attendance are required to renew the scholarship. 

Departmental Scholarships:

Departmental Scholarships are offered to the students according to their study departments. The scholarship amount varies based on departments and the GPA/academic qualifications of the students. For details, students can refer to the university website.
