At the UG level, Hindustan University offers a four-year BTech course across 15 specialisations, including two specialisations, which are offered in collaboration with IBM. These specialisations are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, CSE (in collaboration with IBM), etc. These specialisations are further divided into multiple sub-specialisations.

The candidates cannot secure a seat in any government medical college without appearing for the NEET exam. The seats are given based on the score of the NEET. The candidates after giving the NEET Exam need to check the merit list of the college and after clearing the exam the candidates are eligible for counselling. • MHT CET: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance test conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission in BTech, BPharma, and DPharma.
• JEE Advanced: Joint Entrance Exam Advanced is a national-level entrance exam conducted by IITs or IISc Bangalore rotationally under the aegis of Joint Admission Board (JAB) for admission to UG Courses, Integrated Master’s Degree, Bachelor-Master Dual Degree in Engineering, Science or Architecture in the IITs.
• NEET: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS, MSc and BDS

Candidates seeking admission to the BTech programmes of HITS must have the required educational qualifications. The aspirants who are Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects can apply. Additionally, the minimum aggregate for reserved categories is 45% aggregate. Moreover, to get in the BTech (Lateral Entry) courses, aspirants must have a Diploma with at least 50% aggregate in Engineering/Technology. In addition, the graduates with at least 50% aggregate in Science and Mathematics as one of the main subject can also apply for lateral course.
