Well as per my knowledge, there is no education system across India that gets you graduation degree in 1 year. I would suggest you to carefully take a decision as Education involves time and funds so go for the right option.
Do not get pampered with flowery options which agrees to give you a certification in less than the time that is generally underlined in our Education system. Even if the fee structure is low. Only after thorough research, start your study so as to avoid any regret later.
So I would suggest you to got for 3 years BBA program. For the same, I am sending you link of institutes that offer BBA across India.

Well Bangalore is a popular and renowned name in IT domain with firms like Infosys, HCL, Cisco, Accenture, etc under its kitty.
So with BCA+MBA or BCA+MCA under your belt, you have a fair chance to procure handsome package but yes that definitely varies as per the designation and the firm.
But still you can easily target minimum package of 3 lac p.a along with incentives based on performance.

Bsc.(IT) is a very good course.Now a days B.Sc students has bright carrier.Those who completing they can enter into both private and government jobs.As my point of view it is better to do higher education or else you can enter job.All major companies hiring the B.Sc students.You can also apply for BANK sector.You have lot of age so it would be better to do higher education.

After completing 12th from commerce, you have lots of options, you can make your career in computer field. You can do BCA, B.SC IT, PG Diploma in Computerised Financial Accounting, internet security, ethical hacking, Tally and DTP.
But i will suggest you, if you have maths in 12th, then please go for BCA because it is best computer course in now a days. After completing BCA you can do MCA,
Software Engineering (NIIT offers 3 years long professional course of Software Engineering even to Commerce students).
