Thanx BMTY for asking me to add. By and large what you advised to Saurabh, I agree. Only thing I would like to add is that choose a subject where your academic interest lie and not from job prospective as talented people will always get job. VLSI study is in two parts; design & simulation of chip and fabrication technologies. It is very interesting and challenging both. I would recommend M.Tech. in VLSI from IIT or NIT as there are hardly any VLSI labs in private or govt Engg colleges.

Dear Ritesh
You are advised to pursue your doctoral program which may require lot of research work. After your doctoral work you may harbour the thoughts for management. This is after assuming that you wish to do management from a recognised and approved institute.Wish you all the best in all your endeavors.
Thanks and regards
