BITS Goa offers BE equivalent to BTech as an undergraduate programme. The institute offers overall a decent package. According to media reports, the highest package and average package offered during BITS Pilani Goa placements 2023 stood at INR 60.75 LPA and INR 30.37 LPA, respectively. The fees for the BE program are approximately INR 19.9 lakh which is a good return on investment in comparison to the highest package offered.

The fees of BITS Pilani Goa for the academic year 2023-24 are as follows:

• Admission Fees: Rs. 53,900/- (one-time payment at the time of admission)¹
• Semester/Term Fees: Rs. 2,45,000/- per semester and Rs. 85,700/- per summer term
•  Student's Union Fee: Rs. 450/- per year
•  Student's Aid Fund: Rs. 225/- per year
•  Hostel Fee: Rs. 25,250/- per semester and Rs. 12,625/- per summer term (for on-campus students only)
• Mess and Electricity Advance: Rs. 10,000/- per semester and Rs. 5,000/- per summer term (payable at the beginning of each semester/term and adjustable at the end of the same)
• Other Advances: Rs. 12,000/- per semester (payable at the beginning of each semester and adjustable at the end of the same)
• Institute Caution Deposit: Rs. 3,000/- (refundable at the end of the programme)

The total tuition fee for four years is Rs. 19,94,000/- (excluding the admission fee, hostel fee, mess and electricity advance, other advances, and institute caution deposit). However, the tuition fee may increase by 5% every year for the subsequent batches. The institute also offers various scholarships and financial aid schemes to support the deserving and needy students. • Applicants must hold a 2.2 Honours degree or its Indian equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in any discipline (except Business or Management)
• Indian Equivalent:
  • Second Division Pass and a minimum final average of 53 - 55% (in the traditional system), or CGPA 5.3 - 6.5 on the 10 point scale; depending on the institution attended and the grading system used
  • The university takes into account that at some of India's most prestigious higher education institutions it is rare to be awarded a First Class degree. For this reason, it may be possible at the discretion of the Selector to consider candidates from top institutions who have achieved a very good Second Class degree with a final average of 53% or above (where a UK 2:2 is required)

Data analytics is an intriguing and rapidly developing area. Data is ubiquitous and growing rapidly, creating a great demand for trained specialists who can extract the true value from the data.
The curriculum offers a balanced approach to learning through a combination of academic study and lab sessions, with a strong emphasis on practical involvement with industry. Students will study 6 modules full-time in the first and second semesters, with options for blended and collaborative learning. They will work on a big industry-based project in the third semester.
