VJTI Mumbai gives admission for diploma courses that it conducts strictly on the basis of guidelines framed by Directorate of technical education of the state of Maharashtra. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the eligibility, admission process and how it is to be done. Yes, admission to MBA programme is based on entrance exam. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University accepts various national and university level entrance exams.
