Yes, there are many universities including the famous open University located in Delhi, IGNOU, that allow engineering graduates to take the course of post-graduation MA in English. You can download the brochure come application form from the website of IGNOU and fill it up. The courses normally begin twice a year. Hi, It is very nice to know that after three years of Diploma you are now interested in doing graduation. However, your option of doing it through distance mode of education is in a bit of trouble. This is so because UGC has debarred all universities from offering any professional course including engineering by distance education method. Best wishes.
