Yes, there are many universities including the famous open University located in Delhi, IGNOU, that allow engineering graduates to take the course of post-graduation MA in English. You can download the brochure come application form from the website of IGNOU and fill it up. The courses normally begin twice a year. You need to upload certain documents pay the fees and you are into M.A. In English. Best wishes to you.

Hi, It is very nice to know that after three years of Diploma you are now interested in doing graduation. However, your option of doing it through distance mode of education is in a bit of trouble. This is so because UGC has debarred all universities from offering any professional course including engineering by distance education method. Best wishes.

- UPES
- SHARDA UNIVERSITY
- DY PATIL
- Amity University
- Chitkara University
- National Institute of medical Science
Also there are Diploma courses after 12th. From TISS, After 10+2, one option could be to study BBA general management ) and then pursue MBA from top b school for hospital administration like TISS, IIHMR, Symbosis, Devi Ahaliya.
