Hi Bunty,
Although, both the Institute are decent but as both are the private training Institutes which don't come under any public rating it would be difficult to comment on the quality of these institutes.
However, few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing an Institute are: The study material, number of classes, Facultys Education background, infrastructure, placements, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. How much loan are you taking? 20 lakhs?
Cost is entirely different in US, Germany and Australia.
USA is the costliest location out of the locations that you have mentioned. Australia comes number 2 followed by Germany. . Let me know how much loan you are taking so that i can give you an exact estimate. Also, try deciding on 1 location where you want to study.

NIOS is a board under Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India and same thing is clearly mentioned in marksheet too. The board will be very much recognized by the Canadian and US universities. However, it is always recommended to take a confirmation from the universities you want to apply to as well.
