Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background but, if you want to go for Taxation courses you need to have a commerce background. Few of the institutes providing Diploma courses in Tax Management or Taxation law are: Annamalai University, Nagpur College of Taxation, ICAI, Bundelkhand University, Welingkar, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University etc.

Admission to Harvard university is not a piece of cake. It is one of the toughest universities in USA to get admission into. They have a strong selection criteria and very tight competition. You need very strong academic credentials to get admission in this university, particularly a strong SAT score, and a very strong class 12th score. Depending on the subject you apply for, you have to have atleast 85%+ in Physics, chemistry, maths or Physics, chemistry, bio or Accounts, Business Studies, Economics and Maths.
Procedure is as follows:
1) Take the SAT and wait for your score(preferable score 2200+)
2) Once you get your class 12th result, apply to the university online.
Programs at this university start in September every year.

Although, both the Institute are decent but as both are the private training Institutes which don't come under any public rating it would be difficult to comment on the quality of these institutes.
However, few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing an Institute are: The study material, number of classes, Facultys Education background, infrastructure, placements, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.

One simple question for u - U must have some sort of computer knowledge i know cos now a days computer has taken place of TV at home. If my Hard Disk gone damage should i replace or repair? If Motherboard got damage will it be repaired or replaced? Now a days all these r coming with 3-5 years of warranty. Processor can not be repaired. What other expensive things remain on computer which can be repaired. I think replacement is the best option now a days. For making parts replaced do u think u must have to do the course of 18 months or so and invest around 55-60 thousand on Hardware & Networking course. After that u will get a National level of certificate. Instead of that if u go for any International Certifications like RHCE+CCNA+MCSE+RHCVA in a shorter amount of time and invest ur more time on the field for getting experience.
