The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.

Inside any company,industry the demand for Hardware, Networking, Computers, Servers will be there. In India and all countries the Data is growing as Services are improving and growing with use of IT and IT is just combination of Software, Hardware & Network.
You can plan for CCNA and CCCP which is hardware & networking related course. Search good institutes in your city on google and contact them Do confirm about placement services.

In Australia following Universities offer Bachelors in Computer Science : Macquarie University, RMIT, La Trobe University
As you have not specified your percentage in 10 and 12 the Universities suggested are not according to your profile but just the top ones in ranking. Also if you have gaps in between your studies you will have to provide evidence of what you were engaged in.
