The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.

If you have completed even one course of this without global certification a good MNC can provide you a best salary about 10 K if you are a general graduate and more as per the company profile and company conditions if you are engineer or diploma holder.
