There are two selection criteria for the selection to the different program of AIMC
1. There will be Direct Admission for those students with 60% and above marks in graduation, those pursuing final year but have 60% & above marks in their first two years, are exempt from the written test. However, they have to appear before the interview panel.

Changing from Science to Commerce or Humanities is still easier as compared to shift from Commerce to Science. School might not allow or may be conduct a test to check your aptitude for the stream before shifting. The process depends and differs from one school to another.
So, it would be advisable to discuss the matter with your teacher as soon as possible. Your teacher will guide if in case any change in stream is possible or not in regard to your concern.
