It's definitely a critical and important decision. I would advise you to think of doing MBA from reputed institution. You can even think of doing executive MBA from one of the IIM's. I would not advise you to do PG in engineering since after a gap of almost 8 years it would be tough. On the other hand, in MBA your experience in sales would come in very handy.

As per your query for B.tech-Aerospace the eligibility:
10+2 (Min 55%) with PCM & English plus JEE Mains score is 30 but that is as per last year's cut-off. For this year's JEE Mains cut-off, you can contact Admission help line in the month of May 2017 through your NIOS 12th certificate. You can apply for Amity School of Engineering which is affiliated to CBSEJEE.

Germany is very famous for PG in automobile or automotive related subjects. For electronics and communication preferred country is surely US. But, in general teaching pattern and some such related issues are much superior in European countries. So, if you are getting some offers in E&C in Germany, go ahead.

No, you cannot pursue any course related to economies after completing class 10th. You are eligible for Diploma in engineering entrance exam after completing class 10th. After completing this course, you will have better opportunities. Either, you can do pursue B.Tech or you can do a job in government or private sector.
