Hello! It is impossible to get even a decent college with that CMAT score as the cut-off of all reputed colleges is generally 85 percentile and above. I suggest you either reappear for CMAT (and/or other exams) next year or focus on the upcoming exams like CET and MAT. Good luck!

No, University or College commonly asks for such a certificate. So there must not be any need to. Make and send one such certificate. Besides, you can only make an affidavit or a verification certificate that your are in General caste. Actual purpose of a Caste Certificate is to claim Reservation.
