You are allowed to pursue only one extra course with CA at a time. You can either pursue only CA & CS or CA & Graduation or CS & Graduation. But to solve this problem, you can either do the third course after completing one of the two before mentioned courses.

Admission for B.Arch/Planning in IITs are done on the basis of AAT entrance and not by JEE Mains paper2. Using paper 2 one can get into NITs. But your percentile is not enough to get into NITs for B.Arch programme. You need to have score more than 95 percentile for SC cateogry.
