" Bhagwant University Rajasthan has been established by Govt. of Rajasthan Act 2008 notified by Government notification no. F.2 (20)\vidhi\2\2008.
The University is a fully Government recognized University with the right to confer Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates as per the UGC Act. It is listed under UGC Public Notice regarding Private Universities on UGC Website.
As per law, Universities do not require approval of AICTE to start or conduct technical programs. "
