If you mean Bsc degree in hospitality and hotel administration, then as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. Masters degree in hospitality and hotel administration.
2. General MBA program.
3. MBA in hospitality, and related course.

My friend if your good at science then obviously a technical education would help you in becoming a scientist. If you financially good then my suggestion is to do your under graduation in USA by writing SAT or else work hard to clear your IIT-JEE so that you could get into IIT's for pursuing B.E
