The choice depends on your aptitude towards the subject. It can be a B Sc in Sciences or Mathematics or BA in English or Economics which ever you find more comfortable. But if you are bound towards Civil Services alone, choice of stream can be based upon which subjects you would like to opt for Civil Services. But since Civil Services is not an easy nut to crack, a gentle word of advice would be to opt for a stream considering job prospects and further academic possibilities. Hardwork and dedication must come from your side.
