Hi Asad,
To apply for the student visa you must be firstly accepted by the German university. It is therefore important that you meet the admission requirements before applying to the university. On receiving the acceptance from the university it is recommended you apply for a student visa at least 3 months in advance before going to Germany. You must apply at the German Embassy in India online or in person. Make sure to carry required documents - application form, passport, acceptance letter from the university, photographs, academic transcript and financial proof. You must also get a health insurance. It is possible to pursue LL. M. in Canada with a score of 6.5 bands in IELTS but admission requirements may vary depending on the university and the specific LL. M. programme you are interested in. However, having 12 backlogs in your B.A. LL.B. Degree may affect your chances of getting admission to a top-ranked university or programme. Well shailendra I'm sorry to say but you can't. As maximum age limit for general category is 22 whereas for SC/ST is 25. So you can't go for it. But you can go for a short term course in culinary or some other that is going to help you definitely. All the best.

I believe N.l.Dalmia has a better ranking in terms of college ranks. The faculties and the course structure at n.l.dalmia college is very good. I'd suggest you go for n.l.dalmia. The placement avg package is around 6 lakhs p.a. And all students get opportunities.

Canadian universities have a high requirements in academics. I would suggest a student to have at least 80% and above in 12th to apply.
