Computer science is the scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications. Syllabus of graduation in Computer Science will includes subject as programming language, algorithms, data structures, logic and computation, compiler construction, numerical analysis, networking, artificial engineering etc. Software engineering is the study and an application of engineering to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of software in a systematic method. Generally Software engineering is a special subject in CS graduation. Once you join Software industry, you will learn software engineering fundamentals and principle on the job. Therefore, I suggest that you go for CS in a good institute.
