GMAT scores are not tie ups, every university has different admission requirements including GMAT scores. If you are talking about a joint program by two universities then check about admission requirements on the program website. GMAT is administered by GMAC and you can check MBA.com the official website for registration. Registration fee is US$250. Please check www.mba.com

For MBA, you need GMAT and other Master's GRE is preferred. TOEFL/IELTs/ PTE are accepted as English proficiency tests. So, choose the course and university and see their specific requirements as well apart from these.

Getting admissions into an MS program in Canada is very competitive and admission requirements are different. You must score around 75% to be considered. Scholarships similarly are on merit basis. You must be academically strong to study in Canada.
